Money Thru Blogs ...
For the past months, my posts have always been about PTC's, PTP's, and all the range of PT's I can find. But of course, dollars don't just come from those streams. And I guess you can all agree with me, blogging is one of the most popular money making stream in the internet today.
(And I guess that is what I'm doing right now.)
I don't really consider myself as an adept blogger or problogger, that is such a shame for me to claim. I may be in that phase where I am learning the tricks of the trade, but I'm still way beyond the real caliber of a certified blogger. I am a novice but I'm learning and gleaning from every blog hop that I make.
I bet you've heard of John Chow, Steve Pavlina, and (the latest one that I'm following) David Risley, and yes you are correct, these people are pro-bloggers. And not just that, these people are blogging and earning six figures or probably even more. They found a place in the blogosphere where you can say that they have become the stars and suns in the blogging community. So what's my point? Shall we all then be a blogger and be John Chow's and Steve Pavlinas, or David Risleys? Not really.
In essence that may be a possibility that we can all set up our own blogs. But as what Steve Pavlina mentioned in his post "How to Make Money From Your Blog" "...99% of people who try to generate serious income from their blogs will fail" So what's the catch?
As I have repeatedly mentioned in my posts, patience is one crucial factor in determining if a person is fit for a blogging career. The sad part is, most of us are impatient and driven by things that are instant. You can create an instant blog thru Blogger.com but earning from that blog is another story. We want instant coffee, we adore fast-foods, we want quick breaks but blogging won't cater to that kind of preference.
In contrast, blogging is something like a seed being thrown to the ground by a farmer, watered, and nurtured. And after months, eventually gives the sower some fruits to harvest. If you have not noticed, I intentionally phrased it as "eventually gives the sower some fruits to harvest." I did not say that the farmer will reap a whole bunch because in real life that doesn't always happen. You may at times reap a few. But the good thing is, you will always have something if you sow, no matter how small that may be.
It's not rocket science. But it is the simple, universal law of sowing and reaping that is applicable even to blogs. Because every blogger has their own style, has their own capabilities and ways to accomplish things and it surely will give different results as well. This is where you can tell the wise from the fool, the smart from the challenged, the problogger or the novice.
For now, I guess it will be a good start if we look at these successful people and mirror ourselves on what they have achieved. I don't think that in this age of technology and open field of knowledge they can hide the secrets to what put them in their place. I don't know how you plan to start and make blogging as a serious career but for me, I'll be burning my brows over David Risley's "Six Figure Blogger Blueprint". And maybe, in a few years time you will read an e-book of my success story.

Paid to Post
Paid to post sites have become a phenomenal hit to many online money makers. There are forums, discussion rooms, and PTP's cum social networks which enjoy a popular following because of its double edged purpose, to socialize and to earn. These sites not only provide an avenue to share and socialized but many have turned it to cashcows by taking advantage of the rewards for active participation. The topics are not bound or restricted to a single area but in most cases are varied or general in nature. Before joining these sites, here are a few tips for you to consider:
Things to Remember in joining Paid to Post sites:
1. Always make sure that you read the terms and conditions of whatever site whether PTP or PTC you are joining. This is mandatory in order for you to know where to draw the line and avoid being banned or kicked. Some sites restrict the posting of banners or links but to some they may be allowed so to be sure that what you are doing is right, read the TOS.
2. Follow the rules. Its not just enough reading the rules, because the better part of knowledge is wisdom. Apply and observe that you follow the rules. The saddest part of joining money making sites is getting banned or suspended when you have already earned a few bucks and awaiting payment. So to avoid the unnecessary heartache, live by the rules.
3. Grab your referrals. In most cases, PTPs have referral programs or revenue sharing schemes, so don't forget to bring some friends with you for faster and more fun money making.
4. Actively participate. The secret to a successful PTP membership and high earning is to actively participate. If you have some noteworthy idea, say it. It's better for you to have someone comment whether your idea is good or bad than to keep it to yourself then read a similar post that's earning a lot.
5. Make friends. Every forum or paid social networking site is a good place to get to know other people who have the same passion and drive, to earn online. So this is the best place to learn of other people's secrets and discover other ways that you can personally apply.
6. Promote. If you have found a good paying site, promote it. This does not only increase your chances of getting referrals but it can give you other points of contact that you can use for other purposes in the future. You can use your blog, your social networks, or your email signature to do this campaign.

Making it Big With Referrals
Online money making can attest to the fact that referral system or revenue sharing program is one of the best ways to attract people. Whether it is direct referral or rented referral or some wayward referral who chanced upon your banners and signature links, having a second hand with the work can bring in more moolah in the basket.
Getting a direct referral is one of the most challenging but rewarding part of making money online especially with PTCs. Its an additional labor of inviting people by using your soft skills to persuade them to join and showing the proof that your program really works. Of course not all will believe what you say or agree on what you do, but the bottomline is, do it. You will never know if the one next to you is interested in PTC or has plenty of time spare doing some simple clicking of the mouse unless you make your own sales pitch of how wonderful it is to earn through PTC. If that works, hoorraaay! You just freed yourself from additional effort of earning on your own. You now have someone to work for you. After that, it's all about earning and reaping the benefits of having contacts and tapping into it. Best of all, there's no extra capital for you to dish out.
But let's say that your convincing power is not that enticing to the ears of your prospects. Your proposal was rejected and you are left with no one to act as your referral. What will you do?
First and foremost sorry to hear that. It sure is demoralizing at times if you are rejected. But that is not the end of the tunnel. If you really want to earn, capitalize. You can actually set aside $10 or $20 whichever you think can start you up. Or better yet, rollover your earnings from your PTC to get some referrals. In that way you speed up your earning plus you avoid spending something. The good thing about rented referrals is the fact that you have full control over them. If you see that they are not performing well, you can axe them out of your list and get them replaced. One strategy that I have implemented with my Neobux account is to rent in bulk say 20 referrals at a time. In this way you can get a better chance of having someone on your list who are upgraded for higher earning potentials.

The Power of Consistency
Starting up with whatever job or work demands consistency. I guess you will all agree with me on this. You have to be consistent on your attendance, consistent on your performance, consistent with everything. And online money making demands the same thing. Whether you are with blogging, PTCs, PTPs consistency is required to sustain consistent results.
It's not really difficult to achieve consistency with PTCs. But a simple miss for a day or a single click actually affects the earnings. Say for example with Neobux. As one of the policies, you actually need to consistently click on all the ads in order for you get full credit. As stated in the Terms of Service under the Referrals Section:
"3.7. The clicks you earn from referrals are directly related to the clicks you make. If you click at least 4 advertisements being a Standard / Pioneer member or you click at least 9 advertisements being a Golden member, you'll receive all clicks made from your referrals. If you click below that, the maximum you will receive is only the amount of clicks you've made multiplied by the number of referrals you have. The referral clicks will be calculated based on the clicks you made on the previous day. These calculations are based on the server time which can be seen in the "View Advertisements" page."
The more difficult money making scheme that is more taxing when it comes to consistency is blogging. It gets a little tough being consistent with posting new articles and keeping it updated. The constant flow of thoughts and ideas, the relevance of topics can all add up to the delay. Not to mention that we also have our personal lives outside of blogging that can affect our writing.
Bottomline is, we can either choose to be consistent with our PTCs and regular with our postings but never a procrastinator if we really want to earn online.

Social Networks
I started with online social networking back in my college years using a simple Friendster account . And until now, the network I have created still exist. I have collected over a few hundred friends. Some are long lost folks in my high school years and some friends I have not seen in person for decades, while the others are from my adventures online.
Today, social networks continue to sprout like mushrooms blooming in their peak season. We have seen the rise of Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and a few others.
Okay, so what does this have to do with online
money making?
Well you don't need to have a marketing or business degree to know how important it is. Creating a huge network of contacts does not only provide a stream of people to socialize with. These contacts, if properly tapped can be translated into business prospects that can greatly increase your potential earnings. Consider everyone in your list as a possible consumer of your product or a referral prospect of your program.
I have personally experienced how this have made wonders in my online money making. As you know, ver
y recently, Destroy Debt have been giving out cash for bringing in referrals to their site. It's a revenue sharing program that benefits the referrer. And what happened after I have brought in just six of my contacts? They literally worked my way to receiving the final payout which could have been impossible without them.
Another beneficial effect of social networking is the fact that it gives you a more diverse access for more ideas that is otherwise difficult if you are just going to think on your own. A simple interaction can bring in information that may not even cross your mind.
Building Reputation
Social networks are there to stay. And in the long run, everyone can't escape the need to socialize and connect. But staying connected is more than actively participating, it has to go hand in hand with creating a reputation of trustworthiness. Build your network and at the same time build your reputation as a reliable source or worthy information. Make sure that you don't just participate for the sake of it, but participate so that others may also benefit from you.

Patience Pays Instant Cash
A lot of people think that online money making is just a walk in the park. You do something in a span of an hour or two and poof, there goes your money straight to your bank account. Well, I guess in a different perspective or instance it is. But just like all ordinary job or work we do, the bigger part of making money online is having the character of patience.
Whatever program you will join or whatever opportunity available in the internet for you to earn, it will always require you to be patiently waiting. Wait until the job gets done, and wait until you reached the minimum payout, and wait until you can finally withdraw your cash. This is actually the sad part because people are so used to instant things. To some, a day of waiting would seem like eternity.
I have a few suggestions that you might want to try out if you have such a temperament. First thing of course, make sure that the programs you are joining have been proven and tested to be paying programs. I guess no matter how patient you are if the program you are joining is a scam then eternity won't be enough for you to wait. So make sure to check on forums, and read on blogs that have proofs that the programs really work (am I talking about my blog?) hhmmm...
Another thing I learned is to join as many programs as you can that you could accommodate on your schedule. The more programs you have can give you more variations of payout period and thus make waiting seem shorter than expected.
As you can see on my last payouts, there were just a few days gap from every payment made to me. That actually makes it even more exciting because the next time you check your email you will just be surprised that another program paid you.
Third that you must also put in mind if you are impatient is to choose programs that have low or no minimum payouts. There are actually quite a few programs that can give you that option so make sure that you put them on your list. Most PTC's offer a low payout redemption so keep a few of them in your tab.
For a final note, don't expect too much nor rely too heavily on any of the programs you are joining. Many have this mistake of being so dependent that the program will last forever but in reality crisis is real. So keep your eggs in different baskets. A good program today can just be another scam tomorrow. A paying program today can just decide to close out the next day because of abusive members. One example of this is Destroy Debt.

Making Money Online
I first got my interest fired up to start online moneymaking when I joined Pinoymoneytalk. A forum frequented by fellow Filipinos who are into blogging, HYIP's, PTC's and GPT's as well as other offline investments and income opportunities.
I started with blogging which is one of my interest and eventually after countless hours pouring myself in forums and exploring other people's blogs I started joining Paid to Post (PTP), Paid to Review/Read (PTR) and Paid to Click programs (PTC's)
The adventure however, didn't stop just right there. I came across people who visited my blog and offered me some writing stint. After that, I also engaged in data entry, which is still an ongoing online job I have right now.
The fact is, there are more opportunities in store in the web that needs some sheer desire to learn and take the risk. But by taking the necessary step of educating ones self we consequently take those risks and turn the doubting Thomases to confident and fired up individual.
This is the desire of this blog. It's the heart of this blog that made me to write this article so that others may learn and see which area can they find that would fit them in the vast online money making arena. And hopefully everyone will find this site channel of your Dollar Streams.
