  • MyLot Rumours
After some rumor mongers caused a little panic and dismay to some of the members of MyLot regarding payment delays, the issue that was started by some troll is now put to rest. As soon as I checked on my Outlook when I arrived from work, $22 have been credited to my Paypal account which sums up my June earning in the community.

And of course, lessons were learned from that short grip of the troll that brought doubts and anger to MyLot. Again and again, patience is a virtue. Although I have noticed that MyLot pays in advance at times, the official statement in the TOS indicates that payments will be made on or before the 15th. And with that, MyLot still lives to its standard of paying on time.

Second thing, don't easily believe people who just started out and acting like he's been there for a long time already. These kinds of people are just looking for some attention which they may have been yearning for. There were actually members who've been there for years and they never budged nor raised an eyebrow. It's better to listen to these people who have known that MyLot have always paid its obligations to its members.

Third, it's not official until it's the person or the party involved is the one who gives out the statement. All those "I heard, they said, I thought" statements are but signs of immaturity and gossiping spirit. So wherever you may be, whether it's an online or off line gig you are working on and waiting for payment, the final say that you should believe is the statement of the person or party involved.

    Happy Mylotting everyone.

  • PickJack: Paid to Ask The weekend is a great opportunity to relax. And as much as I wanted to keep my online gigs on the side, once I get on the internet, my fingers almost always finds a way to scour for opportunities for "Dollar Streams". I was just browsing through the net earlier today looking for some trivia question site in preparation for a parlor game which I will be hosting on Sunday. Sure enough Google and Yahoo has a lot in store but before I got to where I ought to be, I found a familiar site which I have long intended to join, PickJack.

For those who are into PTP's and PTC's I'm sure PickJack is a popular site that many have already turned into a cashcow. I'm just not sure how big the cow though. But to give the first timer's and the curious on the rundown about this site, here are the answers to questions you might have in mind.

    Q: What is Pickjack?
A: Pickjack is a network of multiple choice questions that have all been created by its members.

    Q: How do I become a member?
    A: Signup for free here.

Q: Does it cost anything to be a member?
    A. Nope, 100% free.

    Q: What’s the point?
A: You earn money based on how many questions you submit and how well other members rate your questions. The goal is to be the top money earner by writing the best, most relevant questions.

Q: Do you get paid real money?
A: Yes. It is sent to you via PayPal to the email address you used to sign up for your account.

    Q: How do I submit a question?
A: First you must answer 20 questions correctly in the Take Ten section and then click on Post a Question link to post a Question.

Q: How often does my balance update?
A: Balances are updated every 6 hours.

  • The Secret to MyLot Earnings After two months of being a member of MyLot I have noticed one great earning opportunity that was probably out of my perspective when I just looked at it on what people say about it. As you all know, MyLot is an online community that is mainly a discussion room where you can spit those ideas, share those opinions, and to some create a network for their business and online earning activities like advertising their referral links, inviting others to view their blogs and a whole lot more. And from the posts you make, you get a cent or two maybe and sometimes zero if the discussion where you posted gets flagged or removed.

Ok, so I guess that is the reason why newbies and oldies alike are feeling frustrated in reaching the $10 minimum payout cap. But lately, I have shelved those activities which saw a sudden dip in my earning from the site. I barely reached the 10 cents mark. However, I focused more on another ingenious offer that MyLot offers its members, the tasks. The task is a special section where you get to complete a specified job to do. Some are writing, others are posting links, and doing some Google keyword search. I focused on the 4 paragraph writing tasks that pays $2 each, some are $3 while a five paragraph article is $4. All you have to do is to write a 4 or 5 paragraph article and use the specified keyword then submit. Then wait for at least 24 hours for the result whether its accepted, rejected or returned to you for editing. And after just a couple of days, lo and behold my payout is now at $17 range.

Consider then completing a writing task of probably 2 or 3 every day with a basic fee of $2, then you can pretty much earn $60 that is more than enough to pay for an internet or electricity bill.
