You can actually set aside $10 or $20 whichever you think can start you up. Or better yet, rollover your earnings from your PTC to get some referrals. In that way you speed up your earning plus you avoid spending something. The good thing about rented referrals is the fact that you have full control over them. If you see that they are not performing well, you can axe them out of your list and get them replaced. In this way you can get a better chance of having someone on your list who are upgraded for higher earning potentials.
